At Canon Press, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
